About the adventure

A tale of supense, action, political intrigue and supernatural mysteries that goes from the sprawling megalopolises to the edges of civilization. High-Tech meets primal magics, wealthy towers of metal and glass casting shadows over gutterpunk streets below. Sent on a mission by shadowy sponsors in the Union, the characters find themselves traveling through the multitude of different worlds and cultures that is Brazil. Their mission? To deal with the corruption gripping both the Technocracy and Traditions, that festers while the high-ranks fill their pockets and those without power retreat from the long shadows of conspiracy and violence. But you're not mere paws, maybe you have been selected to do a job, yes, but you'll do more than follow orders - you'll carve your name through this web of magic and might and come out the other side as a legend - if you can survive through this ordeal, that is. -------- This is a Mage game rarely seen, situated at a continental sized country in South America and with the real life experience to back it up. You do not need to know in depth the WoD lore or the "real world lore" in order to play it - and characters from outside with no experience in what to expect are just as welcomed as local veterans already entreched in the reliaties on the ground.

About me

Hello! My name is Daniel and I've been a GM since my first time playing when I was 13 years old. I'm also a Psychologist, and my deep interest in the human mind has helped me in my DM journey, crafting worlds, characters, stories and connections between them, creating vibrant worlds for my players to immerse themselves in.

Character creation

Creating your character

This is a Technocratic-adjacent table, but characters from other groups are allowed as long as they can fit the premise of the group. Characters don't need to be originally from Brasil - they could have a common patron or have some other reason to have come recently or in the past to this nation. The campaign is going to start at a certain city (to be decided by the group), but after the first arc the PCs will probably be traveling from time to time depending on the decisions they take.

What to expect

Preparing for the session

You'll need a computer with an internet browser , a discord account in order to access the discord and a microphone for using on voice chat.

What Daniel E. brings to the table

I DM using Foundry VTT for maps, sheets and dice (also music, which we'll discuss depending on the themes and premise details the players prefer) - and discord for voice and text chat. My GM style involves a balance between roleplay and combat - I often try to make stories that may be solved with as little combat as possible but do offer diverse combat experiences if that's what the players prefer. This is still a World of Darkness game, so do keep in mind that dark themes are to be expected somewhat.
