About the adventure
The city of Neverwinter is where this chapter of your adventure starts. You will explore the depths of the city itself and navigate it towards your own path to success. Some adventurers put down roots here, others prefer to move on and explore the rich history of the Sword Coast. Wherever you go - adventure will find you... This game will incorporate some official adventures and material from across the Wizards of the Coast publications, and some of it will be completely customised. The more players lean into it - the more the story will naturally unfold around them. This adventure will begin at Level 4 with the reworking of 'Nest of the Eldritch Eye' as the first dungeon crawl.

About me
Greetings, adventurers! My name is Sylvander and I'm delighted to be bringing you a collection campaigns and one-shot adventures. I have a background in storytelling, art & theatre. I have experience running heavily immersive games using Foundry VTT and Discord for a wide audience of diverse players, and I always look forward to seeing what each player brings to the table. The systems that I prefer using are D&D 5e (2024), Power Rangers RPG, Marvel Multiverse RPG, Pathfinder and Warhammer 40k: Wrath & Glory and Imperium Maledictum.

Creating your character
The first session will be a SESSION 0 to onboard players onto the Foundry server and get their character sheets made. Players will begin at Level 4 and is ideal to have thought about your character prior to this session. It would be useful to prepare either a D&D Beyond Character Sheet or PDF Character Sheet to hand. Please refer to the Players Handbook 2024 for character creation, as this is the system we will be using. If anybody has something unique, I'm also open to hearing your suggestions. We will explore what options would be available for top down token art before the game starts properly on the following week's session.
What to expect
Preparing for the session
Players will have to join the dedicated Discord server for voice communication, and will then be given a username and password for the Foundry server. Foundry is accessed by players through their internet browser - however safari, or mobile / touch screen devices are not supported. Players should prepare their character in advance using the 2024 rules of D&D 5e.
What Sylvander brings to the table
As a GM I will provide players with atmospheric storytelling, combined with voice acting, music, tokens and battle maps. I like to use the full functionality of Foundry VTT and give my players their own bastions that they can customize and maintain, even on downtime between games.
