I have no idea what you’re on about, I’m just trying to get home!” ✨ You’ve taken a strange job: helping a man who insists he’s from another world track down and bond with a Spren, a nature spirit that grants incredible magical powers. There’s just one problem: he doesn’t really know how any of this works… and neither do you. 🌩️ What is this campaign? 🌩️ This is a roleplay-heavy, beginner-friendly campaign set in the world of The Stormlight Archive, designed to welcome both diehard Cosmere fans and total newcomers. Play as either natives to Roshar or confused off-worlders thrown into the storm, trying to navigate the shifting politics of the Alethi war with the mysterious Listeners, survive ancient magic awakening, and uncover what it really means to bond a Spren. 📜 Introduction To Stormlight 📜 Because of the story's premise, players with deep Cosmere knowledge and those just starting out can explore and enjoy the world side by side, organically learning as their characters do. Choose from pre-generated characters or build your own from scratch, and learn the rules of the new RPG together as the campaign unfolds. There will be space for character-driven decisions, tense encounters, wild discoveries, and meaningful change over time. 🚫 What This Campaign Isn’t 🚫 This is not a dungeon crawl or combat slog. While danger is real and swords will be drawn, the focus is on dialogue, intrigue, and creative problem-solving just as much—if not more—than on violence or power fantasy.

If you’re reading this, we already have something in common: we both love storytelling! For me, storytelling is at the heart of everything I do. I’m passionate about weaving compelling narratives and creating immersive roleplay experiences, and I love doing it with players of all backgrounds. I have a lot of experience running games for women, LGBTQIA+, and beginner players, and I strive to create a space where everyone feels welcome and engaged. I’m a flexible GM who focuses on making the game fun for everyone at the table. Rules are important, sure, but if bending or even breaking them makes the story better or the session more enjoyable, I’m all for it! Our shared enjoyment is always my top priority. Creating your character
🗝️ Character creation will happen together at Session 0, and then on individual calls for any players that join after. I will guide each player through the process, all they need to have prepared is a vague character concept. 🧙 Characters will begin at level 1!

How Dam Erin creates a safe table
During Session 0 we will go over greater detail of the safety tools, and a debriefing will happen with any player that starts after this Session 0. Lines and Veils will be kept anonymous unless specified otherwise and will be listed in an online document. X-Cards can be sent digitally directly to me, or to the group if comfortable. Stars and Wishes will happen at the end of each individual session.
