About the adventure
You've grown up in this small rural town within the Asian inspired nation of TIan Xia, surrounded by a loving and hard working community. Every year, on the last night leading into summer, the town holds a peculiar festival, the "Reenactment Festival," where the citizens play out an elaborate production of horror. Individuals dressed as ghosts abduct pre-selected individuals and drag them off into the forest as the townsfolk wail and pantomime panic, with the goal of deterring actual spirits from preying on the town. This year, you've been chosen to play the role of abductee, being dragged off into the forest to be recollected in the morning. Except morning comes, yet no one arrives to gather you... However, the above are fairly essential to the Adventure as a whole, and therefore are difficult to adjust. I will do my best to accommodate, but go in knowing that the above are present in abundance within this Adventure Path. ~🐉~ This is an open and inclusive table, with a focus on teamwork and cooperation. I am Panromantic and this table will be welcoming toward the LGBTQ+ community! Hi there! I'm a friendly forever GM and official Kobold enthusiast! At the moment, I'm primarily running Pathfinder 2e and would love to teach you the game. I am a firm believer in the Rule of Cool, the creativity of players, and the power of teamwork and imagination! I run a very inclusive table with a focus on comfort, kindness, and fun. While still keeping the tension of a dramatic game! I've been a GM for just over 10 years. Most of my past experience was in D&D 5e, with additional experience running Dread, Call of Cthulhu, Vampire the Masquerade, and Avatar Legends. With a hunger to always learn new systems! My most recent addiction: Pathfinder 2e! I have a focus on my players and their characters, roleplay, and engaging combat. Creating your character
We will discuss characters prior to Session Zero, and begin crafting them in concept. We will finalize and implement them into FoundryVTT at the start of the Session Zero itself. We will be starting at level 1, for appropriate and thematic character options please check out the Player's Guide here: https://downloads.paizo.com/SeasonofGhosts_PlayersGuide.pdf We will be using the Free Archetype and Automatic Rune Progression variant rules. 15gp for starting equipment.

What Justin (Geeky Game Guru) brings to the table
I will be hosting a private server through Foundry, providing access for free via most internet browsers. There will be immersive music playing at all times, with a controllable volume on the player's side. Rich art will be provided by the adventure itself, with supplemental assets provided when needed. I'm not great with voices and accents, but I will try to make each NPC and character sound distinct from each other as much as possible. Combat will be catered to the party's desires. If they prefer casual combat, it will be easier and relaxed. If the they crave tactics, I shall make it so. Pathfinder's rules are robust and excellently written and implemented, so there won't need to be much determination or alteration. But I always lean toward the Rule of Cool, and will implement it when possible.
Homebrew rules
Free Archetype - At every even level players will receive a free bonus Feat that can only be used on Archetypes Automatic Rune Progression - Weapons and Armor will automatically increase in power as you level up, without needing to spend money on Fundamental Runes. Property Runes will still be available for purchase and use. Keeley's +10 to Hero Point Rerolls - When you use a Hero Point to reroll a check, if the result of the reroll is 10 or lower, you gain a +10 bonus to that roll, helping to ensure the effectiveness of the Hero Point. Rolling a Natural 1 will still augment failure down one step though Givable Hero Points - On top of the Hero Point every character starts each session with, they will also have a Givable Hero Point they can provide to other characters in times of need by narratively describing how they intervene and aid their ally

How Justin (Geeky Game Guru) creates a safe table
There will be both anonymous and non-anonymous forms to fill out prior to the first session to detail lines, veils, and limits. I will warn the group about potentially triggering content prior to it appearing in the game itself. There will be anonymized virtual safety tools in place within Foundry, including anonymous X, N, O, etc. cards.
