About the adventure
Upon the Red Moon of Drakha, where magic itself has become a food source for Dragonkind, you must travel through Paradis, the crystal city, seeking out materials and treasures to steal and build a cloak of incredible power, that would allegedly let one travel through space and time. Yet Paradis is the domain of the vainglorious and malicious Magnifex brood and its master, the great dragon Sivax Magnifex, may not take kindly to your pilfering... This campaign takes you on a rapid yet epic adventure, with a level up after each of the 4 chapters. Perfect for testing out high level character builds!

Creating your character
Character creation will happen in a free session 0. You start at level 17, using Standard Array for ability scores. You will also receive three Uncommon, two Rare, and one Very Rare magic item. PHB, XGE, TCE, FTD, and SCAG are all allowed. SCC is not allowed. BGG is subject to approval.

My Rules: 🍷 Bonus action to drink a potion 💗 Minimum health rolls are 1 less than taking average Red Moon Rules: 🪦 Resurrection spells do not work on a creature whose Vaala (magic) has been taken upon death. Dragons are the most common creature which may devour your Vaala. ✨ Long range teleportation is likely to malfunction, or simply not work at all 💧 Create water spells create half the amount ⛅ Control weather spells require wisdom saving throws each turn to maintain. 🧱 Constructs such as Forcecage and Wall of Force can be damaged and dispelled without requiring a Disintegrate Paradis Rules: ⚕️ Healing spells replace injured flesh with a strange crystalline crust, imposing disadvantage on Con saves and Charisma checks. Effects that remove poison or disease can remove this effect. 🐑 Shapechanging spells such as Alter Self and Polymorph are extremely dangerous to cast in Paradis. The targets of such spells may take damage as their flesh is twisted in horrible painful ways. 🫨 Whenever a non-dragon becomes frightened, they also gain a short-term madness. This realm is twisted and invades the minds of all who stay too long. 🛏️ The first time a non-dragon character reachest Exhaustion level 2 or higher in Paradis, they gain one long-term madness. ⌛ The first time a non-dragon which is already under the effect of a long-term madness becomes frightened, they gain an indefinite madness flaw.
