About the adventure

Icewind Dales . With my own flavour added. Frost Maiden (online, 5e) Monday GMT 7.30 to 10.30 - 11pm Number of Players: Currently looking for 2,3 or 4 players age 18+ System: Dnd 5e How we will Play: - Foundry VTT for Maps, Music, Tokens and Dnd beyond for Character sheets -Discord for Voice in game and out of game communications -This means players will need to have a good mic and a place with limited outside noises. Camera is optional but I've always thought it adds to the fun. - Each Sessions will be approximately 3-3.5 hrs. New players absolutely welcome! This is a great campaign for those still learning the ropes of D&D 5e. D&D has always been more than combat and dungeon diving to me, so role-play is really important. I bring many years of experience and a lifetime of storytelling to the table, as well as a commitment to the game. An indepth session 0 leaving no grey areas in the game . Lots optional rules which we can use making combat and exploration very epic .These will make the game more lethal. Character creation using ONLY PHB , Tashas , Bigbys , Mordenkainens , Fizbans via DND beyond in which i have all the books . NO other realm books such as ebberon etc I always make my games a very indepth story , love backstory and many interweaving plots and puzzles All players will start with a Session 0 , a rich background , a nice piece of art , oh did i tell you , you start off in the worlds worst prison ?

About me

I have played and Dmed since the Late 80`s when at school we bought red box Dnd ,From there I have played and dmed every edition of DnD and 100s of other TTRPGS such as PATHFINDER MERP, ROLEMASTER, SHADOWRUN and TRAVELLER to name just a few . I have an easy going attitude , A lover of creating a enjoyable plot, and equally the random chaos that players can throw at me at a moments notice. I'm from the north of england , so a heads up for a slight accent, all are welcome at the table, new or old, veteran or greenhorn, the dice don't care as long as they are rolled.I bring the Grit

How Subitai / Gary creates a safe table

Arc-focused session focused Prep with an emphasis on final encounters. Solid combat, with some additional goals to avoid "stand here and punch each other" encounters. Character-driven narratives, bringing backstory to the fore. Funny Voices. This game does have character race restrictions and no UA. A Digital Consent Checklist will be sent to each player before Session Zero. Session 0 will be used to discuss the code of conduct and to talk about a blanket consent checklist for the group. It will then launch directly into character creation and build the backstory for the adventuring party, as well as ties to other characters. At the end of each game session, we will hold an aftercare talk about the session and how everyone feels about it. After each arc, each player will be sent a feedback survey to check in on the enjoyment level and comfort level of the game, as well as ask what each player wants to see going forward.
