About the adventure
When their ship is heavily damaged in a freak magnetic storm, the crew must seek out the aid of a conveniently placed repair station. It quickly becomes clear however that all is not as it seems, and that this offer of aid might be too good to be true. This game is designed as a beginner friendly dive into the universe of Star Trek Adventures.

About me
Storytellers, welcome one and all. My name is Matt and I just love a good story, so please come along and share in tales of adventure. Since I was young I've been writing and sketching, weaving adventures in any form I had available. Through education I embarked on a short career in Film Production, before finding a home and fulfilment in the TTRPG community. I would like nothing more than to offer each of you a fraction of that same fulfilment, as we adventure together and chart the course of your next great story.

What to expect
Preparing for the session
You will need a microphone, a free Discord account, and the spirit of adventure. That's it! Feel free to read the basic rules ahead of time (Free quickstart is available from the Modiphius website), but we will cover everything as we play
What GM Matt brings to the table
Pregenerated characters will be provided, along with gaming aids as needed. The game will be largely "Theatre of the Mind", with Foundry VTT used for visual representation when applicable, as well as housing all the character sheets. All of my games expect the need for a teaching element, and as such are perfectly welcoming to brand new players.

How GM Matt creates a safe table
Players can expect a game with a focus tilted towards narrative and roleplaying, but with time and attention given to learning the core mechanics where needed. X cards are handled digitally, with Stars & Wishes being used as part of the session debrief.
