About the adventure

🦌 ā€œWelcome to the Trial of Glass, best be careful where you step, lest you get cut.ā€ 🦌 This is it; you have travelled far and wide and been through so much hardship, but you are here now. You will be competing in the Trial of Glass. Held just once a generation, do you have what it takes to catch the Glass Stag and have your greatest wish come through? You better hope so, because you aren’t the only one on the hunt. Team up with unlikely allies and surmount the many challenges of this trial, or find yourself lost just like so many before you. 🌲 What Is This Session? 🌲 This is a one-shot for Daggerheart, designed as an exciting introduction for brand-new players and a fresh challenge for returning beta veterans. We’ll be learning the rules as we go, with plenty of space to ask questions, try wild ideas, and explore what makes this narrative-driven system so rewarding. Perhaps the story will come to a close by the end of the Trial, or perhaps there will be more stories to tell afterwards. Inspired by stories like The Witcher, Stormlight and more, this is a tale of ambition, wonder, and what you're willing to risk for a dream. Everyone is here for something, but only one team will leave with their wish. 🚫 What This Session Isn’t 🚫 This is not a dungeon crawl or combat slog. While danger exists and blades may be drawn, the path to victory isn’t through brute force alone. Observation, clever plans, and character-driven decisions will take you further than a sword alone could. 🌲 I await you in the forest, adventurer. 🌲

About me

If you’re reading this, we already have something in common: we both love storytelling! For me, storytelling is at the heart of everything I do. I’m passionate about weaving compelling narratives and creating immersive roleplay experiences, and I love doing it with players of all backgrounds. I have a lot of experience running games for women, LGBTQIA+, and beginner players, and I strive to create a space where everyone feels welcome and engaged. I’m a flexible GM who focuses on making the game fun for everyone at the table. Rules are important, sure, but if bending or even breaking them makes the story better or the session more enjoyable, I’m all for it! Our shared enjoyment is always my top priority. One of my favorite compliments from a player says it all: "I don't know how you do it, but I care more about my fake D&D mom's opinion of me than my real mom, and I hate you for that."
