About the adventure

A wealthy collector’s acquisition team has recently discovered the lost tomb of Threshtiin, an ancient ruler of a desert once teeming with life. The collector is now offering a generous reward for any adventurers willing to enter the temple and recover Threshtiin’s crown for his collection. However, getting to the tomb is only part of the challenge. Surviving what lies within will be the true test. This short dungeon crawl focuses more on combat and is perfect for new comers and veterans alike.

Game style

Rules as Written (RaW)

Games that are ran “Rules as Written” emphasize realism and stick to the letter of the rules, allowing players to explore creative solutions while still operating under a consistent rule set. Players have the ability to utilize the rules in creative ways to create awesome characters and moments in the game.

Rule of Cool (RoC)

“Rule of Cool” emphasizes creative story beats over sticking to a system’s rules as written. Players have the ability to push the limits of the rules or even break core rule mechanics at times if the Game Master thinks it is interesting, fun, or cool enough.

Dungeon Crawl

A “Dungeon Crawl” is a scenario where players navigate a dungeon or labyrinth-like environment for the entirety of the adventure. It emphasizes battling monsters, collecting loot, and avoiding traps to survive to the end!

How to prepare

Have your camera and mic ready. You'll need Roll20 and Discord accounts. Discord will be for sound while video will be on Roll20.

What I provide

Offering dynamic maps on the VTT Roll20. I utilize a wide variety of voices and accents and use the Pocket Bard app for music and sound effects. Even though this is a one-shot, I like to add little hints of the greater lore and history of the world around you. This is a self contained story, but it will like it could lead to something more.

X, N, & O's can be vocal, typed in the chat, or displayed using Roll20's card tool.
