About me

Hey everyone my name is Sahat aka FIFLEGEND. I've been playing ttrpg's since the 90's. Started off with Rifts and other Palladium books, and have played multiple systems over the years. Currently, I'm into Marvel Multiverse, Mothership, Old Gods of Appalachia, and Mecha vs Kaiju, but I still continue to play Rifts and other Palladium games like Beyond the Supernatural and Megaverse in Flames. Really into game design and storytelling, so if you're looking for a balance of fun, action packed and character driven stories, I am your narrator. Let's keep it safe and fun for everyone. Also, if you have a game you like to play and have friends to join, let me know and I'm happy to set that up.

Character creation

Creating your character

In "Rifts of Infinity," you’ll create a unique character who is an operative for the SCP Foundation’s multiversal task force. Whether you're a reimagined Marvel character, an original creation, or a mysterious anomaly-turned-hero, your character will play a crucial role in securing, containing, and protecting the multiverse. What You Can Play Marvel Characters: Play an alternate version of a Marvel hero or villain. What would Spider-Man look like if he worked for the SCP Foundation? How would Doctor Doom operate under containment protocols? Original Characters: Create your own Rank 4 agent! You could be a reality-stabilizing sorcerer, a tech genius with multiversal gadgets, or a tactical operative trained to take down anomalies. Reformed Anomalies: Step into the shoes of a dangerous anomaly contained by the SCP Foundation, now working as an operative to protect the multiverse. Character Roles Your character’s role will influence how you contribute to the team. Choose from: Containment Specialist: Experts at capturing and neutralizing anomalies. Tactical Operative: Skilled fighters and strategists who lead in combat. Anomaly Expert: Scientists and researchers unraveling the mysteries of anomalies. Reality Stabilizer: Characters with abilities or tools to repair multiversal damage. System & Mechanics Marvel Multiverse RPG System: Character creation follows the rules of the Marvel Multiverse RPG. I’ll provide guidance on powers, abilities, and traits to fit your concept. Foundation-Specific Training: Add unique SCP-inspired abilities or equipment, such as reality anchors, containment gear, or cryptic knowledge of anomalies. Customization Options Power Level: Rank 4 Characters. Backstory Integration: Your character’s origin will connect to the SCP Foundation’s lore and missions. Collaborative Design: Work with me to ensure your character fits the setting while staying true to your creative vision. Session Zero We’ll collaborate during Session Zero to finalize your character and tie them into the campaign’s story. Whether you’re new to the system or a seasoned player, I’ll be there to help every step of the way. Your character is more than a hero—they are the multiverse’s last line of defense. Who will you become in the face of the unknown?

What to expect

Preparing for the session

"Rifts of Infinity" is designed for Rank 4 characters in the Marvel Multiverse RPG, so you’ll need to prepare for challenges that test your creativity, strategy, and teamwork. Here’s how you can get ready to dive into this multiversal mission: 1. Familiarize Yourself with the Marvel Multiverse RPG Review the Marvel Multiverse RPG Rulebook to understand core mechanics, such as dice rolls, actions, and abilities. Pay special attention to Rank 4 rules, which introduce advanced abilities and powers. If you’re new to the system, don’t worry—I’ll guide you through character creation and gameplay! 2. Build a Well-Rounded Rank 4 Character Powers: Choose abilities that showcase your character’s strengths. At Rank 4, your powers should feel impactful but balanced. Skills: Focus on skills that complement the team, such as investigation, combat, or problem-solving. Equipment: Consider what gear your character might need for containment or exploration in unstable realities (e.g., reality anchors or multiversal scanners). 3. Flesh Out Your Backstory Think about how your character became part of the SCP Foundation. Were they recruited from another universe? Did they volunteer, or were they forced to join after being contained? Consider any connections to Marvel lore. Are they an alternate version of an existing Marvel character, or a completely original creation? 4. Be Ready for Horror and Mystery This campaign blends superhero action with SCP’s eerie and unsettling atmosphere. Prepare for: Investigative missions where problem-solving and creativity are key. Encounters with strange and terrifying anomalies that might challenge your morality. Collaborative storytelling to shape the tone and direction of the game. 5. Coordinate with Your Team Talk with your fellow players about their characters to ensure a balanced party. A mix of combat experts, investigators, and anomaly specialists will be crucial. Be open to creating relationships between characters (e.g., rivals, allies, or shared backstories). 6. Gather Your Tools Access to Roll20 and Discord: Ensure your accounts are set up and tested before the game. Dice and Character Sheet: Use Roll20’s digital tools or have physical dice and a character sheet ready. Notebook: Keep notes on anomalies, clues, and SCP reports—it may save your team! 7. Be Open to Roleplay and Teamwork Rank 4 adventures bring high stakes and complex situations, so collaboration and creative problem-solving are key. Engage with the narrative and embrace your character’s role in the team. 8. Ask Questions If anything feels unclear—whether it’s rules, character creation, or the game’s tone—don’t hesitate to ask! I’m here to make sure you feel prepared and excited for the journey ahead. Prepare to step into the unknown and face the challenges of the multiverse head-on!
