About the adventure
The town of Sandpoint has seen more than its fair share of danger and trouble over the years, including harrowing fires, prolific serial killers, goblin raids, and attacks by giants and dragons, but what faces the so-called Light of the Lost Coast now is its greatest threat yet! Something sinister has been manipulating events all along, and now a new band of heroes must step in to save this legendary small town from seven deadly dooms! These heroes will be known as regional adventurers of good standing when they are called upon by Sandpoint, but their story begins elsewhere, in the small village of Osprey Cove where an eerie warning brought by a dying messenger will lead the heroes to discovering and excising a sinister cult that has sprung up in the wake of Gorum's demise. Once Sandpoint is saved and the heroes ready to move on, an invitation arrives at their doorstep, bringing them north to New Thassilon, where a threat more dangerous than any they have thus far encountered will threaten to take their lives permanently. This adventure will begin play with the Rusthenge standalone adventure, progressing into Seven Dooms for Sandpoint and eventually the Return of the Runelords adventure path. This campaign will make use of the following variant rules: - Free Archetype - Ancestry Paragon While Revenge of the Runelords is built as a mythic AP, this campaign will not be using mythic rules for the Rusthenge and Seven Dooms segments. Once the party reaches level 12 and begins the adventure path, we will make a determination as a table as to whether we continue with just Ancestry Paragon and Free Archetype, or if we bring in mythic rules at that point as well.

Meet the Game Master
About me
I am experienced game master of 7 years, starting with dungeons and dragons, and then gaining experience with call of cthulhu and pathfinder, my current preferred systems. I love to create and share stories with others, and enjoy working both with players who want to play a game to win, and players who are looking to share a story and get deep into roleplaying.
View Profile →Character creation
Creating your character
Character creation will occur during session 0 of the campaign. Players are asked to bring concepts for their characters, but with player character's already being somewhat connected prior to the campaign beginning, final decisions, how each person knows one another, and general backstory concepts will be done during session 0. Practically all ancestries, backgrounds, classes, and feats are available for use, however uncommon and rare options must be approved by the GM first. With the use of the Free Archetype variant rule, the only restriction is that any class dedication and feats (i.e. wizard, champion, witch, etc.) must be taken with your class slots, and not in the Free Archetype slots. The free player's guide can be found at the following link and contains recommendations for classes, ancestries, and backgrounds that will fit the campaign best: https://downloads.paizo.com/SevenDoomsforSandpoint_PlayersGuide.pdf
What to expect
Preparing for the session
Players will need access to Discord, internet, and a functioning microphone. Sessions will take place in a discord voice call, and will also utilize the in-server chatbox in Foundry to communicate. Cameras are entirely optional.
What Jeriko brings to the table
I will provide a full discord server for the campaign, as well as a fleshed out gaming experience using the wealth of tools provided by Foundry VTT. A number of additional modules will be used to enhance player experience. Additionally, I can provide AI generated character artwork for players who do not have an image they are happy with for their character to use. I will also be recording sessions for uploading to youtube over the course of the campaign.
Homebrew rules
Full list of homebrew rules is available in the discord. Most important one for character building is a restriction on the Free Archetype variant rule - Multiclass dedications and their respective feats must be taken in class feat slots. Free Archetype is meant more for flavor and fleshing out additional aspects of your character's story.

How Jeriko creates a safe table
All players are welcome at my table, though this campaign assumes that players will have a certain level of experience with the system and rules! Session 0 will go over peoples' lines and veils, and an open dialogue will be kept throughout gameplay. My goal is to ensure that players always feel comfortable in my games, and know that they can come speak with me if they have a problem or something they need to discuss.
