Learn to Play Dungeons & Dragons

Gm at the end of the session asking: mention one thing you think I could have done better. Me: Everything was great! Erick knows the rules and his adventures very well. His portrayal of NPC's is wonderful! He's very welcoming to players who are practicing their English linguistics skills. The design of his adventures and pregenerated characters help these kind of players to more easily portray their player character in a non native language.

Played a one-shot with Erick and had a great time! He's very patient with beginner players and really homes a fun and open environment. Even with nerves, I felt very comfortable right away and wasn't afraid to get fully immersed. With his music/sound effects, fun voices, and his clear but engaging storytelling, Erick is not a DM you want to miss out on!

Erick guided us through the one shot with patience and grace, being brand new to D&D it can be a bit jarring to get into the flow of things. But Erick cultivated a space to completely nerd out Infront of a group without feeling embarrassed or silly. He was subtle with encouragement which made it super easy to know my options in different times of the adventure, so I never felt blank! if you're brand new and looking for a guide look no further!!

As a first time player, I found Erick to be patient, helpful, and encouraging, particularly with helping our party learn how to work with a VTT environment. I appreciated having a pre-built character with a backstory, so we could jump right in and learn the system. The length of the one-shot was perfect. Erick kept the pace right in the sweet spot, giving us gentle hints when we were all too shy to speak up, but also rolling with the flow and adapting when we got "brave". If you're considering dipping your toes in the water for the first time, I would recommend Erick without hesitation.

Erick is a very good GM for beginner ! He is calm,Willing to help anyone for the game or tech issue. He smile and laugh and talk to everyone like we were good friends for a while. I will for sure try to find another game with Erick! It was way better than I imagined and he made me feel very good since I was a bit nervous since I never really play any games.

I am very new to dnd the dm and group were very friendly and helpful when I asked questions or needed help with something. Hope join a game again when I can.
