About the adventure
Every year in the Dwarven and Goliath city of Dalurfjall, there is a celebration that every citizen holds dear: The Hluapaskor. A deadly race across the vast tundra that lays on the top of the plateau that Dalurfjall itself is carved into. Small teams are chosen by the various families and guilds with hopes of securing victory, honor, and of course the Gjallerhorn, a magical horn at the end of the race that grants the user one wish, or so the legend goes. You and your party arrive in Dalurfjall the day before the big event, and are contracted by a local blacksmith to enter the race. But what seems like a festive display of strength and cunning, will quickly turn out to be one of your toughest and most grueling adventures yet!

What I provide
Quest Portal VTT for map, ambient music and images, and combat management. Discord: Video and Audio for GM (only audio required for players) DnD Beyond for character sheets and rolling. My narrative focused style features character voices and sound effects. There's no pressure for player character voices, but you are more than welcome to do so! Rule of Cool always! Very flexible rule style and combat. Combat intricacy and intensity will scale with how the group plays in real time. The main goal is to have fun making a collaborative and engaging story together!

How will character creation work
Players will follow the link in the Preparation section of this listing to the campaign on DnD Beyond. Here are some answers to some FAQ's. Characters will be 6th level We will be using the 2024 rules (however your race/species can be from 2014 rules if you want) Abilities are point buy with a total of 27 Each player may have one rare magic item, and two uncommon magic items of their choice. If you have any other questions, feel free to message me!
