Millennium Tower: Ascend and Claim Your Destiny (1-20)
Dungeons & Dragons 5e | Campaign
About the adventure
On January 1, 2000, humanity's course shifted overnight. Towering structures, defying all known physics, simultaneously appeared in major cities across the globe. From New York to Tokyo, these mysterious Towers pierced the skies, their origins unknown. A simple message appeared in burning letters overhead: "Ascend, and claim your destiny." Thus began humanity’s greatest opportunity and greatest challenge. Brave individuals, known as Climbers, venture inside to confront magical creatures, collect powerful artifacts, and unlock the mysteries within. Each floor of the Tower is a unique realm, filled with wonders, threats, and untold power: Fantasy Worlds: From the castles and dragons of medieval Europe to the floating islands of mystical martial artists, and even neon-lit cyberpunk cities infused with magic, each biome promises adventure and danger. Global Stakes: Nations compete fiercely for dominance, forming alliances and sparking rivalries. Powerful corporations control the flow of magical resources and technology, reshaping society itself. Magic Meets Technology: Discover potent artifacts that blend seamlessly with cutting-edge tech, altering medicine, warfare, and daily life. You begin your journey as newly licensed Climbers. Yet, the mysteries grow darker, and every step forward risks more than just your lives it risks the fate of humanity itself. Will you rise to the challenge and uncover the secrets of the Millennium Tower, or fall as countless others before you? Your climb begins now.
Game style
Rule of Cool (RoC)
“Rule of Cool” emphasizes creative story beats over sticking to a system’s rules as written. Players have the ability to push the limits of the rules or even break core rule mechanics at times if the Game Master thinks it is interesting, fun, or cool enough.
Combat Heavy
“Combat Heavy” games emphasize the combat mechanics within their systems over roleplay or puzzle solving. There are frequent and longer battles with enemies and a greater emphasis on tactical game play.
Roleplay Heavy
“Roleplay Heavy” games place the focus on the story, the characters, and the world they live within, and tend to lean hard into the various roleplaying elements of the game. These games will frequently find the party talking with NPCs, exploring the personal elements of their backstories, or even having emotional moments around the camp fire.

What I provide
- I will bring a completely unique world built from love. - Dynamic fights, complex stories, and deep role play. - Hand outs, and tokens that I have AI make (Regardless of opinions on AI I think this is a pretty harmless use case, but I understand if you are not comfortable with it, and I want to be upfront.) - Some custom maps that I hand make myself, but if I do not have time ones that I buy. - I use Kenku Bot that will play music I pick for certain settings and scenes. - Personalized stories that I will weave into your backstory. - An open mind ready to hear any ideas you may have to help me be the best DM I can!
Gameplay details
The very first thing I will do is contact you on discord, and we can talk it out together. If something worries you and isn’t listed, that’s simply because I wasn’t sure it would come up. However, I’m always open to adjusting to ensure the game remains fun for everyone. After each session we will discuss how it was, and what i can do better to improve, and will be your time to air out anything with other players, do not worry, you are free to be authentic, no matter what if it is how you truly feel I will make sure other players are able to respect that, clear and honest communication is key. however if you would prefer not to, I am also happy to talk with you or text in private, with any concerns, as I will also regularly check on players.

How will character creation work
First of all, since this takes place on earth, human is required, variant human is perfect, but you can do whatever you want otherwise. Since this world involves a meta knowledge of stats, and RPG mechanics, we will be "building" the character sheet inside of session 1 while getting your 'Climber's License', in session 0 we will establish expectations, your character building, and anything in particular you wanted to let the group know. We will also roll stats in session 0, and it helps if you have a basic understanding of what you want to play, we can discuss that as well if you like. Just to let you know, we will be using PDF or physical character sheets, no DnD Beyond or Roll20. If you need help, then I will be more than happy to, if it looks overwhelming.
