How will character creation work
Characters will be level 2 Dual Class, Ancestry Paragon, Free Archetype. Enhanced Attributes (One at +5, two at +4, three at +2) plus a suite of three superpowers (one Rank S, one Rank A, and one Rank B), and 75gp of wealth. Uncommon and Rare options available.
