A Beginner-Friendly Adventure in the World of Rum, Rogues, and Riches New to Dungeons & Dragons? No problem! This fun and easy one-shot is designed for complete beginners—no experience needed! I’ll guide you every step of the way, from creating your character to rolling dice and playing through an exciting adventure at sea. Step 1: Create Your Character (~1.5 Hours) We’ll start by building your very first Level 1 character on D&D Beyond. I’ll walk you through everything, including: - What your abilities and stats mean - How dice rolls work - How to use your character’s skills in the game You'll learn where the numbers come from in a way that’s simple and easy to understand—without getting overwhelmed! Step 2: Set Sail on an Adventure (~1.5 Hours) Once your character is ready, we’ll jump into the story! You’re a new recruit aboard the Angry Albatross, a sturdy merchant ship with a tough crew. Your first job seems simple—retrieve an important map from the captain’s desk. But things take a turn when you discover hidden secrets below deck… ⚓ Explore the ship and search for clues ⚓ Work together to solve a small puzzle ⚓ Battle terrifying sea creatures if the ship is attacked! Great DM! Made the one shot fun and engaging, even though I wasn't rolling too well. Managed to kill a duegar in a single hit, which was really cool. Highly recommend for both new and somewhat experienced players.

Archon is an incredibly talented worldbuilder and it is clear how much effort he puts into everything he prepares for his games. He also works with every player individually to include their character's backstory into the game. he has created multiple immersive homebrew worlds that are well thought out and beautifully illustrated.

I've only played D&D for a few years now, but Archon is by far the best DM I've had the pleasure of playing with. Easy to communicate with, very descriptive, and brings high-quality music, maps, and artwork to the game. In This game, Archon plays his NPCs like he would a PC and I'm loving it. We had real tension, suspense, and uncertainty in our most recent session, and it worked out perfectly to drive the story in such an interesting way!
