Rule of Cool (RoC)

How will character creation work

I share all new books and items. Make sure all player needs are meant and have an fun time. Want to create fun experience for my players. If all players want to roll for stats we roll an collective stat block for our characters. We're starting at lvl 1 and create characters on dnd beyond.
