About the adventure
Welcome to the tiny world of Mousewood Meadows! This longform Mausritter campaign is an open world Hex Crawl spread across 3 Hex maps, 1 Mega Dungeon and over a dozen normal dungeons. This adventure includes content featured in The Estate, Tiny Fables & the Tomb of 1000 doors. You can expect an open-world free-form sandbox adventure, set in a small Victorian world of Mice, Fairies & Tiny People hiding in the walls. Explore the old Manor where the titan folk live, venture into the forest of Pwyll in search of the Wandering Cottage, or delve into the sprawling tombs below. This game is extremely inclusive and LGBTQ+ friendly.
Game style
Rule of Cool (RoC)
“Rule of Cool” emphasizes creative story beats over sticking to a system’s rules as written. Players have the ability to push the limits of the rules or even break core rule mechanics at times if the Game Master thinks it is interesting, fun, or cool enough.
Roleplay Heavy
“Roleplay Heavy” games place the focus on the story, the characters, and the world they live within, and tend to lean hard into the various roleplaying elements of the game. These games will frequently find the party talking with NPCs, exploring the personal elements of their backstories, or even having emotional moments around the camp fire.
Dungeon Crawl
A “Dungeon Crawl” is a scenario where players navigate a dungeon or labyrinth-like environment for the entirety of the adventure. It emphasizes battling monsters, collecting loot, and avoiding traps to survive to the end!

How to prepare
All players need to prepare is a Mic, a Discord account and a Roll20 account. You may also benefit from a subscription to Spotify for the dungeon jam, but it is by no means required.
What I provide
This game will be conducted on Roll20 and Discord. As soon as you join the game you will be granted access to the discord server with links to the Roll 20 game and the Mausritter PDF. I also like to use the Spotify Jam feature for music, allowing us all to listen to the same audio feed. This does require a Spotify subscription.
Gameplay details
I keep an open door policy and take a 10 minute break halfway through each session. After the game I will reach out via discord DMs for one on one debriefing and aftercare.

How will character creation work
We will use the Online random character generator linked in the discord server to instantly create a character. This process is very quick, meaning an onboarding session for new players isn't necessary.
