In this strange land vast legions of zombies toil and do all the hard work, allowing the living (and the most intelligent undead) to lead lives of leisure. At the top of this hierarchy, just below the Ghost-King Geb, are the Blood Lords, the nation's aristocracy. But despite the remarkable rarity of actual life, Geb is not immune to change, and is ripe with mystery. Recently, strange occurrences have plagued a zombie-tended farm. A party of brave and reliable adventurers is needed to unravel these mysteries. The reward? A chance to climb the lively (pun intended) aristocratic ladder of the Blood Lords! I am a professional computer games designer, which gives me an edge in crafting fantastic game experiences in general. My career in games is a natural evolution of my long love story with tabletop and live roleplaying games. I've plaid roleplaying games since I was 15, and in 2024 I started to go a bit more "professional" by organising games for kids and adults with a local community in my city. Creating your character
I will give a link to the Player Guide for the Blood Lords Adventure Path. You should really read this before starting to create your character! You will need to create a Level 1 character for the Remaster rules of Pathfinder Second Edition. You will be able to do so directly on Foundry, but you can also use external tools like Demiplane or Pathbuilder! I'm always available via Discord to help, but in case you want to have a go at it in on your own please only use common or uncommon traits from basic rules, or related to the adventure itself! We will review and finalize everyone's characters during Session 0.
New to Pathfinder and want to try it out? Or are you a veteran of Golarion with a thing for political scheming and the undead? Then this adventure is right for you!
What to expect
Preparing for the session
- You'll need a Discord account, and to join the Discord server to join the sessions' calls! - You'll need a decent microphone and internet connection. The use of the webcam is not mandatory but is strongly encouraged!
What Andrea, the Italian Storyteller brings to the table
- I will host our games on Foundry, a Virtual Tabletop that you will be able to access just using your usual browser and registering on the Forge VTT website. - I have a Discord server, Cortestoria, that we will use to communicate between sessions, and also host the video chat for the sessions proper!

How Andrea, the Italian Storyteller creates a safe table
The adventure combines high fantasy with gothic horror themes, including zombies and vampires. Expect fights and high-tension moments. Geb is a unique setting where powerful undead and necromancers command zombie (and sometimes living) slaves, considering themselves superior to living beings and lesser undead. Before Session 0 — - I'll share the Monte Cook Consent Checklist. Use it to privately inform me of any triggering themes. - The adventure will be adapted to ensure enjoyment for everyone. During Session 0 — - We'll finalize characters and discuss preferred themes and playstyles. - Share what you'd like me to focus on and what to avoid. After Each Session — - Feel free to share what you enjoyed and what you'd like to see in future sessions. Your feedback is crucial in creating a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone!
