About the adventure
"Don't go to Drakkenheim!" was the sendoff from your family before you stepped onto the stagecoach. You have your reasons for going there however, and nothing is going to stop you at this point.. What you'll find in this game: š Cosmic horror ā Dark fantasy š° Urban exploration š±āš¤Rivalling factions vying for the player characters allegiance š§āāļøPersonal quests (with mechanical rewards on completion) Gameplay will consist of exploring different locations within the city proper and returning to a nearby safe village to rest and recuperate before doing it again. All the while working towards player characters very own and personal (secret or no secret) agendas and possibly trying to figure out what happened to the city of Drakkenheim. You will launch expeditions to the city and always return to the safe village when you need a long rest as that is impossible within the city itself. There will also be rivalling factions with very differing goals and it all comes to the player characters on how things will play out with them.

Creating your character
Characters will be made in dndbeyond, I have an extensive library there. We can collaborate while making them, I would very much like if your characters had connections with each other before the adventure.
This will be a dangerous adventure. Games every Monday, warm welcome! Party is currently level 5 and consists of a wizard, barbarian and a cleric, they could use your aid!
What to expect
Preparing for the session
You need a working mic. Webcam is optional. You need to create your own character in the Dndbeyond website. (I will assist if needed!) You also need to join my discord (invite link to discord will be on prep materials once you join the game).
What marduker brings to the table
I'll bring you my full dndbeyond library, immersive maps, ambient soundscapes, fun and challenging gameplay. I'll also provide regular gaming sessions and all my love for the game. I know my way around FoundryVTT and I will help you get acquainted with it.

How marduker creates a safe table
We will go over the usage of safety tools in the session 0, where we will also have an open conversation of our lines and veils and the content that this campaign will include and will not include. I take the safety of my players very seriously and do my best to keep my games a safe space to roleplay in.
