About the adventure
Helltroopers is dark space opera filled with drama intrigue, warfare, politics. If you want to fight in mechs, grapple with your demons, and play politics on a galactic scale then this is the game for you. The Federation is dead, destroyed in the fires of galactic war. Nothing was learned from this of course. New societies emerged from the ashes, all trapped in an endless conflict for ultimate control. And they'll need someone to do their dirty work. You are the Helltroopers, soldiers of fortune. And you may just be enough to shift the balance of galactic power. How will you leave your mark on the galaxy?
Game style
Combat Heavy
“Combat Heavy” games emphasize the combat mechanics within their systems over roleplay or puzzle solving. There are frequent and longer battles with enemies and a greater emphasis on tactical game play.
Roleplay Heavy
“Roleplay Heavy” games place the focus on the story, the characters, and the world they live within, and tend to lean hard into the various roleplaying elements of the game. These games will frequently find the party talking with NPCs, exploring the personal elements of their backstories, or even having emotional moments around the camp fire.
My table is open to all, BIPOC and LGBTQ inclusive. We have had several sessions and currently at LL5 and we are using Bonds.

How will character creation work
Characters start at License Level 5. We will use all official Lancer Content as well as some third party content: Terk Mech & Tech, Kie Core, Ilean Modern Industrial, Field Guide to Dpok, Field Guide to Iridia, and Intercorp.
