About the adventure

~~SPOILERS FOR VAMPIRE: THE MASQUERADE - BLOODLINES~~ Los Angeles, 2004. Sebastian LaCroix, Prince of Los Angeles, has died. The city once again belongs to the Anarchs. The game isn't over though. Far from it. Things are about to get a lot more complicated... ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Bloodlines: Aftermath is a V5 campaign set immediately after the end of Troika Games' cult-classic RPG, Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodlines. Experience with the game is not required, and spoilers will be minimal because I'm only using one of the game's endings and I will be vague about the story.

About me

Ever since I was young, I've loved telling stories. Whenever there was a creative writing project in school, I would always go way overboard. I've been playing tabletop games for only about four years, but I have come to realize that it is a wonderful outlet for storytelling. When I run games, there is an emphasis on story, worldbuilding, and characters. My goal is to make you fully invested in the story we're making together! I am a complete beginner at running games professionally, so if you like any of the games I've run for you, leave a nice review or a tip if you are able to do so!

Character creation

Creating your character

We will be doing character creation in the week leading up to the session. I have the Corebook and the Player's Guide on Demiplane, so all clans will be available to you! There are no clan or generation restrictions, but since this is set in 2004, some of the clans will be called something different in-universe.

The current party

Once we get a group together, we'll figure out how often we want to play! I would be down to have this be weekly, but if that can't work for everyone I'd be willing to make this biweekly or even monthly if it comes down to it.

What to expect

Preparing for the session

All you will need is a Discord account, a Roll20 and Demiplane account, and a microphone!

What Mia Hawksley brings to the table

I will provide high-quality maps, tokens, and handouts! I will also be doing character voices (and maybe some monster noises), as well as providing background music via a Discord bot!

How Mia Hawksley creates a safe table

I will have a document in the Roll20 that will serve as a list of lines and veils, as well as an explanation for what Lines and Veils are. If you have any you want me to know, you can edit the document completely anonymously, no questions asked.
