About the adventure
You’re a team of elite agents within CAIN, an organization dedicated to managing and containing supernatural Sins from spreading throughout society. Recently, a disturbing series of leaks, agent disappearances, and disrupted operations have pointed toward an outside influence. Your mission? Investigate and identify the source of this sabotage. Your search uncovers ABEL—a rival organization with a warped sense of justice. ABEL believes humanity’s salvation lies in confronting the darkness within, actively teaching people about Sins and leading them through "revelations.” But this exposure to sin is dangerous, intensifying the darkness lurking in individuals and ultimately strengthening an ancient, Sin known only as The Bane. As the agents of CAIN, it’s up to you to shut down ABEL, navigate layers of deceit, and prevent The Bane from breaking through the veil. Along the way, you’ll face off against ABEL’s twisted forces, uncover hidden agendas, and confront the true costs of handling Sin.

How to prepare
The game will be played in Foundry VTT, using Discord to talk. Webcam is optional. What you'll need is: - a stable internet connection; - a good microphone; - a Discord account; - access to a computer With all of these you should be set to play.
What I provide
I will provide all necessary rule books and other game materials (pre-generated characters are available upon request). The Discord link and Foundry link is within the recruitment notes.
Gameplay details
Players will have an opportunity to create tailor-made characters explore a vast range of weird and fantastical locations. First-time role-playing game players, players new to the Game Systems, and experienced players are all equally welcome. 👥 Table Behavior and Etiquette: • Trust, respect, cooperation, and communication are foundational • Out-of-the-box thinking and creativity are encouraged, as long as it's not exploitative • Have fun, and let others have fun 🦺 Safety tools: • My tables are a diverse, safe, and welcoming environment • Zero-tolerance policy towards any form of harassment, abusive behavior, or discrimination, in and out of the game • All games utilize a safety tools kit, primarily Lines & Veils and X Card

How will character creation work
We will develop characters in a pre-campaign session 0; I will also use the characters' backstories we develop to help customize the campaign for each player-hero in the group. If you want to bring your own pre-rolled character, please contact me ahead of time and I'll be happy to help wherever possible.
