Mothership | Ancient Horror in the Jungle

Fantastic first session experience, and I'm very excited for our next sessions. Jacob was very kind, funny, and was great for the newer players in our group.

Most of our party were beginners and Jacob was very supportive, will be back at some point.

The world that Jacob crafts feels truly alive and full of adventure, you can't help but be drawn in! He really makes a point to ensure we feel involved and part of the storytelling. I've had a few sessions with Jacob now and it's been the thing I look forward to each week. It's a shame we're limited in tags we can use to describe our Gamemasters because his games encompass the three I've chosen and so much more.

I've always been skeptical about paying someone to GM for me; it's a concept that's never really resonated with me. Despite this, I was willing to give it a try, and for the first time, I'm not disappointed—in fact, I'm impressed and pleasantly surprised by how excellent Jacob is at this. At this point, I'm more than eager to compensate him for the obvious time and effort he puts into making the game enjoyable for us. I highly recommend him, even coming from someone who was somewhat against paying for services like this.

I just finished my third session with Jacob and I have been really enjoying my time in his game! Jacob is an awesome DM, he's super organized and is always prepared. He's fair and does a great job balancing holding true to the rules and spirit of the game, while also being flexible and rewarding player creativity. Our group seems like it has a range of experience levels and Jacob has done really well meeting us all where we are at! His homebrew world and setup is also very interesting and unique. It's a first for me in DND, but I have really enjoyed it and feel it adds a lot of depth and nuance to the sessions. I've gotten really lucky with the group also being really cool and fun to play with so I hope to be back for many games with Jacob, and I would definitely recommend you join him for one as well!

Jacob is a good guy and obviously loves roleplaying games. He's positive and clearly wants his players to have a good time. He's receptive to creative ways the party wants to solve problems during gameplay.
