About the adventure
It's 2024, and magic has been unleashed upon the world. Gagged, I'm sure. The arcane was once hidden, shielded by an ancient veil that kept magic’s existence—and all its chaotic beauty—out of sight. That all changed when the U.S. Secretary of Magic, Charlemagne Reverie, tore down the veil, casting magic into the public eye. We begin in the streets of Los Angeles, which are alive with new wonders... and dangers. While magic’s discovery has unlocked endless possibilities, it’s also brought out those who would bend it to serve dark and selfish desires. But in the midst of this chaos stands a force for good: The Society of Magical Queers, an alliance of those who vow to protect their communities and preserve the sanctity of magic itself. How to prepare
All that is needed is a microphone. I will have my camera on, but you are not required to have it on if you are not comfortable with that. I do ask that you have a Discord account and a Roll20 account, both of which are free. I use Discord to hold the sessions, and Roll20 for combats!
What I provide
What I provide: When there are combats, we will use Roll20. I will provide the maps. Though there is a chance that some combats may be theatre of the mind depending on what you guys get up to. I will use music throughout the sessions to set the mood. I also love to use a good silly voice for the NPC's I love a good Rule of Cool moment, but I do like to maintain order and keep with the rules. Often times I'll do a bargain or trade off in order for you to do something against the rules. I am very fond of giving out inspiration and encouraging players in their hijinks and their commitment to playing their characters.
Gameplay details
Safety at my table is of the utmost importance to me. As such, before and/or during session 0 I give each player access to a survey where they can fill out any triggers, hard-lines, phobias, etc. I never want any of my players to feel uncomfortable during a session, and if I ever do I welcome anyone to tell me privately or publicly. Everyone deserves to have their boundaries respected.

How will character creation work
This will happen before the game officially starts, before or during session 0. You do not have to play a magic class. You are allowed to be any playable D&D races and any class. Every character will start out on level 1. Character sheets can be made on Roll20, D&DBeyond, or elsewhere as long as you send me a copy of it. All homebrew must be approved by me.
