About the adventure
You and your party have been hired by a rich scholar to retrieve a powerful relic, it’s located in the ruins of an ancient temple submerged under a dark, cursed lake. The temple was once home to a cult that worshiped eldritch beings, and the waters above it are said to drive those who enter mad. This is probably just a local rumor... But the scholar has provided some magical items to help the party just in case. Including the "Apparatus of Kwalish."🦞

About me
I have been a GM for my two little brothers for years and after playing some ttrpgs and running some with friends I decided to start hosting my own. I am a great storyteller and I love working with my players to make their own story. I am an Anthropologist and know a lot about human culture, evolution, as well as non human ecology.

Creating your character
Characters will be made before the session, and if you need any help you can message me. If you don't want to make a character, premade characters will be available. Characters will be level 6. You can use whatever rules you want for character creation. Keep in mind: There will most likely be underwater parts of this adventure. But you will be provided with magic items for breathing/moving underwater so don't worry about specializing at all.
What to expect
Preparing for the session
All you need is a microphone and discord. You don't need to create characters but it is highly recommended.
What Roan Woolley brings to the table
I will do character voices and shape the story for all the players and characters to fit into. I embrace the rule of cool. There will be combat or maybe not if you can figure a way without fighting. Since this is a one shot, if you want to do something that the rules maybe don't cover just ask me and I will find a way for you to have fun.
