đź’€Tomb of Annihilation: Surviving Chult - Level 9đź’€

Dungeons & Dragons 5e | Campaign

About the adventure

This game follows the classic Tomb of Annihilation module with a few extra twists and curves to keep you guessing! Great for first time or veteran players looking for a challenge! Something evil is trapping the souls of the dead and draining life from all who have been raised from death by magic. This worldwide “death curse” not only prevents the raising of the dead but also causes creatures that were previously raised from the dead to wither and die. The source of this death curse lies in a trap-riddled tomb hidden beneath a lost city in the depths of a vast jungle. Tomb of Annihilation is a Dungeons & Dragons adventure that takes place on the peninsula of Chult in the Forgotten Realms. Chult is a tropical wilderness composed mostly of jungles, plateaus, impassable mountains, and belching volcanoes. This adventure will start at Level 3, a bit past the typical starting point of the adventure module!

I'm currently playing two campaigns with him and couldn't be happier. His DMing style welcomes new players, but he also has a fantastic handle on the rules, lore of the many worlds his campaigns take place in, and ways to improvise creatively. His world-building is only surpassed by how he allows players to creatively navigate the challenges of those worlds and how he weaves his player's stories into his own. If he has a seat open in any of his campaigns, I highly recommend taking it. You won't be disappointed.

I have played in many games as many different characters with Sam and he has done a really awesome job with each and every one of them and I have enjoyed all the games that they've been in. He is very dedicated with helping you out with creating a back story with your character and fits it into to his story arcs. He's got loads of cool unique homebrew subclasses for you to play around with. I have made so many OCs using his stuff. If you love creating a massive amount of OCs Sam's the guy you go to.

This current campaign has been my first DnD experience, and SnackDaddy has been incredibly accommodating and helpful throughout the whole process. He knows how to keep you engaged through storytelling and combat, and has a TON of really creative Homebrew content for character creation, including a feat that has been incredibly helpful in building my sword and board fighter. He does a great job with pacing throughout the session, and I’m always left looking forward to next week.
