I've played with Dale on 3 campaigns (DnD 5e, Starfinder and werewolf of the apocalypse). I know he runs other systems as well I won't attest to all the system he does but I'm sure he is used to explaining how to play various systems. I'm pretty sure most ideas I could come up with for a narrative I could probably do, he probably help me figure it out as well, but to try and cut to the chase a bit in general I would place his strengths more towards combat and world/story building. i would say most fights are appropriate for the story we have had, and if he needs to he can really throw off the shackles. I know for some this might be more of a factor, but at the current moment he is no thespian. That is not to say NPCs we interacted with didn't have their own personalities and distinctions, as most NPCs I can recall have felt different, more that they all sound like the same person
