About the adventure
Luke Skywalker may have destroyed the Death Star, but he's not the only fledgling Jedi in the galaxy. Another group of rebels is figuring out the force and trying to carry on the fight against the Empire. Join them as you seek out holocrons, strike at the Empire, and discover their abilities in the Force. Experience the growth from the start of a rebel cell to becoming heroes of the Rebellion to bring down the Empire. You'll have to slowly piece together your ship, gear, team, and powers through progressive challenges of local patrols to tangling with Moffs and maybe having a run in with Vader himself. Allies need to be recruited, partnerships need to be won, weapons need to be stolen, and victories need to be earned. You will run parallel to the main movies, engaging in some of the big fights and meeting a major player but not changing the overall story. The campaign will pick up right after Episode IV and will follow the original trilogy with players participating in the battles at Hoth and Endor.

Theater of the Mind
“Theater of the Mind” uses little to no visuals for scene settings and combat. Instead, the narrative imagery comes from the Game Master’s descriptions and character action and movement comes from Players’ descriptions.
Weekly game, with a break every 3-4 weeks. Free Session Zero to go over character creation, expectations, campaign outline, and gameplay goals.

How to prepare
No webcam needed. Mic is necessary and this is a voice game primarily. We'll be using a private discord server. Character sheets and game table will be managed through RPG sessions. Free accounts are fine for each. Give me a heads up if you're a beginner to the system or to these platforms. Beginners are absolutely welcome but I'll want a heads up so I know to give a bit extra time and give extra explanations as needed. Character art or inspiration is optional.
What I provide
Relentless enthusiasm. For real though, I'll set up a discord and integrate the bots we need. We'll have engagement there between sessions and I'll keep up with this as other jobs and family commitments allow. This setting is classic Star Wars but our particular missions and adventures will be completely custom and tailored to player arcs. We'll 'drop in' on some of the major events but will largely be on our own and running parallel to the major story of Star Wars. Generic Character art will be provided by request.
Gameplay details
Session Zero will go over Lines and Veils and discuss some of the recurring content issues in star wars, specifically including lightsaber dismemberment, family/abandonment issues, fictional spirituality, and character morals. X,N,&O will be in the chat and demonstrated during session zero and encouraged. I'll have a test run of X,N,O in the first two sessions to make sure people are used to the process and know what to do. I always take 5 midway through a session for a bio-break.

How will character creation work
We'll use a modified Knight Level start. Character Creation will happen between Session Zero and Session One. Players can go over concepts together during session zero and I'll be active through DMs on how to put it all together and guide where it's needed. Pre-Gen characters will be available. Knight Level will be a stitch modified to adjust credit and rarity amounts for starting gear to keep things in line with the theme of the group being a small rebel cell. One of the early missions will be for party to acquire lightsabers for the force-users.
