About the adventure
Are you ready to embark on an epic quest to save a village from a band of goblins? Do you want to experience the thrill of exploring a mysterious tomb and uncovering its secrets? Do you want to learn how to play Dungeons & Dragons in a fun and friendly environment? If you answered yes to any of these questions, then join me for The Delian Tomb, a level 1 adventure meant to teach you everything you need to know to start learning the rules of the 5th edition of the world's oldest tabletop game. The Delian Tomb is a perfect introduction to D&D for beginners and veterans alike. You will create your own character using the basic rules and choose from one of four pre-generated backgrounds: fighter, rogue, cleric or wizard. You will then join a group of adventurers, which a desperate villager has hired to rescue his daughter from a goblin lair hidden in an ancient tomb. In this adventure, you will: ⚔️ Fight goblins and other dangers using simple combat mechanics 👁️ Explore an old crypt filled with traps and puzzles 🛡️ Discover the history and lore of the Delian Order, a legendary group of knights 🎲 Have fun roleplaying your character and interacting with others The Delian Tomb is designed to be completed in one session of about 2 hours, with an additional 2 hours where I will teach you how to play Dungeons and Dragons. It is suitable for ages 13 and up. No prior experience with D&D or tabletop games is required. All you need is a computer with internet access and a microphone.

Creating your character
I will provide a set of pre-generated characters, as well as teach you how to create your own characters directly into FoundryVTT (Virtual TableTop). It would be best for characters to be create characters directly during the game, but if you had a character concept in mind already feel free to come to the table with it.
What to expect
Preparing for the session
Players will need a microphone, a Discord account, and an account with The Forge (website used to join FoundryVTT). While not required, it might be a good idea to give the Basic Rules a read before the session.

We will take advantage of the lines and veils system so that we can make sure that we are all comfortable during the sessions. Also, we will take advantage of the X Card system, so if at any point someone is not comfortable with what is happening in the game, we can stop the game, talk about what is going on and see how we can go forward.
