About the adventure
Vampires! Gothic sci-fi! Solar dragons! Space hamsters? Strahd in Space features a rich blend of inspiration from Curse of Strahd's main campaign mixed with an original story incorporating the insane universe of Spelljammer. Even if you have read through or played CoS before, outside some NPCs, magic items, and some locations, this is nothing like it! Players will be a part of the Supernatural Strike Force, a unit dedicated to hunting down and killing Darklords. Characters will fly across the universe, hunting down Darklords on a variety of different planets, and upgrading their ship, crew, and beasts over time till they are strong enough to kill Strahd himself. This is a long-term level 1-14 campaign so we are seeking committed space cowboys to tackle the evil that is STRAHD IN......SPACE! Besides the normal race choices from all the books, the new six races from the Spelljammer book of the Giff (hippo people), Astral Elves, Thri-Kreen, Autognomes, Hadozee, and Plasmoids are all available and encouraged for players to use. But this is Spelljammer! Be creative and play what you want to play.

How Austen creates a safe table
Players should expect plenty of pulpy Sci-Fi action aboard spaceships, while still feeling the heavy dread and horror that Strahd has put upon the galaxy. While this campaign will have many moments of fun Sci-fi adventures, there still will be a lot of gothic horror that fans of Strahd love so much about it.
