About the adventure
Our setting is the humble town of Red Larch, one of the few stops between Triboar and the Bargewright Inn. A delegation of travelling dwarves is coming to town and there's a festival to celebrate! There are games to test your abilities and delicious pickles to eat. I'm sure absolutely can go wrong on a day like today... This is a one shot adventure designed for new players or 5e regulars looking for something fun! You will start at level 1 and end up at level 3 by the end of the session! What this game entails: -An exciting romp through the forests around Red Larch with faces lurking in the shadows -Carnival games to teach rolling various skill checks and saves -An even mix of Roleplay and Battle

About me
Welcome Adventurers, Travellers and Vagabonds! I have been playing and DMing D&D for over 20 years! I started at 12 playing with my friends in the school gymnasium before classes. All we had was one PhB and a love of fantasy, but we made it work! Now I love bringing that same joy to new and veteran players alike! I specialize in Homebrew and Improv, meaning that no two games are ever going to be alike! While I do use only official 5e content, the rule books are more like guidelines :) I promise that any game I run will be unique to you and your party! I use roll20 for our VTT and discord for our audio! Why two different programs? I have a voicer change app that I like to use for certain NPCs and Roll20 doesn't support the audio switch. Plus I've found discord audio to be much clearer!

Creating your character
As this is a one-shot, there will not be a session 0 for character creation. If you are familiar with the Roll20 system and can easily make yourself a level 1 character, you are encouraged to do so before the game starts. You will have access to your character sheet several days before the game begins. If you are completely new, but still want to play I have several pre-generated characters for you to pick from! The rest is point and click!
This is a super fun one shot that is great for new players looking for a relaxed atmosphere to learn the rules! Veterans of the system who enjoy roleplay will also love this game!
