About the adventure

Kobold revolutions! Political Grandstanding! Mythical Trials! These are just a few examples of story beats you might expect in this game, which has a lovely balance of the three pillars of roleplay. Hosted by a DM who takes all kinds, and does his best to allow player creativity and world input, this homebrew world is big enough to fit all manners of characters, scrappy enough that you won't get bogged down arguing about canon, and whimsical enough to ask "What's the other half?" When presented with half-orcs and similar.

About me

I'm a Friendly LGBTQ+ ex-cook with twelve years of RPGs under my belt, and ten of DMing. I have experience with both in person and online campaigns and take all adventurers to my games which place a large emphasis on Mutual Respect, Communication and Understanding. I'm a strong believer in safety tools, regularly utilizing "Hard and Soft No's" to ensure my games are enjoyable for everyone with some tricks of the trade to take to their next grand journey!

Character creation

Creating your character

What to expect

Preparing for the session

Mic preferred, but not required. Players should prepare a short 1-2 paragraph backstory for their characters and potentially a representative image. Dice and sheets will be handled through the virtual tabletop which will not require any downloads or installations, just a chromium based browser.

What Perrin brings to the table

I keep an empathetic and understanding attitude with a fondness for creative solutions. I have plenty of experience teaching the game and love bringing new players into the hobby, but know how to keep things interesting for the vets. I try and have all the material ready for my players: the dice, the books, the programs, so all you need to do is show up and get ready to roll some dice and have a blast sharing in a collaborative story!

Safety

How Perrin creates a safe table

No content warning is guaranteed and I have no qualms about adjusting content, but any I have listed might show up in the world unless players express hard or soft limits for them. Players can expect light but tactical combat in a setting that draws heavy influence from character backstories and history with intra- and interpersonal conflict in the narrative and open ended situations used as puzzles.
