About the adventure
Vampire: The Masquerade: A Simple Request is a one shot adventure in the World Of Darkness for 3-5 players, full of intrigue, action and humor. The Camarilla's request is simple, but they always are. Perhaps this is an opportunity for your coterie to advance in the organisation, or perhaps it's an even better opportunity to build a reputation with the Anarchs. Only you can decide whether the mission succeeds or fails, and for whom... We'll be playing V5, the fifth edition of Vampire: The Masquerade. I'll have pre-built characters for you to choose from, or you're welcome to shoot me over a newly created character if you'd prefer. All you'll need to play is a camera, a mic, and two differently colored sets of d10 dice to represent your standard dice pool and your building hunger. No previous experience with Vampire is required, I'm happy to go over the rules and lore during the game. Let me know if you have any questions, I'd be happy to help :).

About me
Hi! I'm Patrick, and I'm a producer and semi-professional vampire. You might have seen me in front of the camera on Vampire: The Court Of Cups, or Tales From The Loop: The A.V Club, and I was behind the lens on the official White Wolf Vampire:The Masquerade stream Seattle By Night. I have a long running love of the World of Darkness and tabletop RPGs in general, and love the feeling of immersing players in a fictional world, with all the challenges that entails.

Creating your character
I'll create pre-made character sheets for you to choose from. If you'd prefer to create your own character, let me know at least a week in advance and we can go over that for you.
What to expect
Preparing for the session
Reading over the clans and disciplines section of the V5 sourcebook will be a great start. Otherwise, I'm happy to explain what's needed at the table.
What Patrick Groome brings to the table
I'll be bringing my dice, NPC character sheets and too much nerdy Vampire lore :)

How Patrick Groome creates a safe table
Vampire is a very open-ended system, with players free to find different methods to achieve their goals. Whether you choose brute force, stealth or social skills to accomplish your mission is up to you! As such, the game can be high combat or low combat, depending on your approach and how well you roll.
