About me

What's up gamers! I'm Christian and I would love to be your game master. For as long as I can remember I've always had a passion for the fantasy genre and games. So much so that I decided to get a Bachelor's degree in Game Design and Development. I've always loved the communities surrounding them and the ability to escape the real world and be something that you can't normally be. That's why when my high school English teacher introduced me to D&D, I was instantly hooked. Ever since I've been known as the "D&D guy" among my friends and family. So, for the past 7 years I've been deeply invested in tabletop gaming. While D&D 5e is the main game that I run and where most of my passion lies, I've been recently branching out to other systems as well including Blades in the Dark and Ten Candles, and I would love to learn and run many more in the near future. If you're looking to be immersed in a world and make some new friends, I think you've found your game master (not biased at all lol). I believe that my background in game design will help give each of you an experience that you won't forget. So feel free to join in on any upcoming adventures. I promise you won't regret it.

GM style

I personally really enjoy the social aspects of tabletop games and letting players really embody the characters that they are playing. My games generally consist of a lot of social interaction between players and NPCs that drive the story forward. That being said, I also really love a good combat encounter. While it's generally not my main focus, I try to have at least one combat encounter every 1-2 sessions to shake things up. I'm also very laid back in terms of following the rules. While I do know the rules fairly well, I prioritize a fun experience for my players rather than following the rules as written. I'm also very keen on using a lot of homebrew content and rules in my games whether it be a homebrew world or a module. I constantly work with my players to make the best experience I can for everyone, so if you have an idea for a rule, an item, etc. that sounds cool feel free to ask. I am willing to work with anything that you give me.
