About the adventure

Part sci fi, part high fantasy, with a dash of cyberpunk, combine for "run and gun" campaign fun! This campaign is set after the KotoR Era, and before/ moving into the High Republic Era. In previously established Lore, the Sith have destroyed themselves/ gone into hiding (i.e. Darth Bane), the Jedi are in disarray and seen as a dangerous/ untrusted cult by most people through the galaxy. (**GM note** This doesn't mean you can be a light/dark side force user, you just wouldn't be affiliated with either group at the start…possible to change that over time if the Pc wants it.) Most systems are run by local militias or crime lords. We find our party in the outer rim, where day to day life is more of a struggle than the core world's. The difference is everyone in the outer rim enjoys much more freedom, opportunities, and lawlessness (enjoyment level depends on which side of a blaster they are on). Everything for the system can be found on sw5e.com (no pay wall). This system is great for building your own star ship (like a millennium falcon) and PCs feel so much more OP than a typical 5e game. I also enjoy starship fights having grown up playing games like Rogue Squadron. This campaign came about from when I GM'ed for a westmarch server. Combining a bunch of different settings I had made as one-shots, which I made into a story arc for frequent players there. That said, I love writing and world building and, even before those factors, there is a lot of room for individual tailored experiences I can add for any particular player. About me: Lifelong star wars fan, who happens to love GMing ttrpgs in general and has some experience with improv/ local theater acting.

How to prepare

Mic for voice chat over discord, discord, roll20 account (wont be using anything a free account cant access), check out material on sw5e.com because they have almost every species in star wars available as a player option. There's a lot of options for mods weapins/ armor/ clothing basically make a "buy more stat points" system. Building and improving a star ship is its own thing too, fairly straightforward in the rulebook though.

What I provide

Years of being a GM, improv/ acting experience, and even though I already have a LOT of content, I love world building and tailoring individual experiences based on PC input.

Gameplay details

Lots of "run and gun" combat to capture the feel of star wars type fights. I like to keep things light so out of combat situations I like to have fun with.

How will character creation work

Sw5e.com has a character builder that makes creation pretty straightforward. We can cover that, among other things, in a session zero if need be. Pdf of character sheet whenever the party levels up just to keep things fair /above board for everyone.

Players can expect

• Find a game to join solo or search for a professional game master for you and your friends/coworkers/family.
• Book your session and wait for the Game Master to approve you.
• If you don't have a blast with your first game, your next game is on us.
