Star Wars FFG: Triumph of the Empire

About the adventure

In an alternate version of the Star Wars Universe, the Rebel Alliance fell at the Battle of Hoth leaving the Galaxy at the mercy of an unfettered, unrelenting Empire. Years later, rumors have begun to circulate that there is dissension in the ranks of the Imperial leadership, as well as within the military forces; and of a growing power that could break the chains the Emperor has forged. This game uses the FFG rules. Character creation is somewhat alternate, leading to somewhat weaker initial characters with the expectation of faster growth. Players are able to make Force-sensitive beings who could, eventually, learn the ways of Jedi, Sith, or something new! Additionally, all sorts of heroes can answer the call and grow to save the Galaxy!

How to prepare

Players should have a good mic and a good internet connection. A free account on Discord and Roll20 is also required. Dice or the app would also be good.

What I provide

I will provide images and, occasionally, maps on Roll20. Additionally, I can provide pre-gen characters.

Gameplay details

Star Wars FFG uses a story-forward system that relies on unique dice. While players are welcome to have physical dice on hand, there is also a free app that can enable dice-rolling. It also uses Force points that allow rerolls or narrative advantages.

How will character creation work

Character creation can happen in conjunction with the GM or the player may create their character and submit it. Additionally, players may request a pre-gen based on specifications.

Players can expect

• Find a game to join solo or search for a professional game master for you and your friends/coworkers/family.
• Book your session and wait for the Game Master to approve you.
• If you don't have a blast with your first game, your next game is on us.
