How to prepare

To participate in the game, players will need an internet-capable device. Having a webcam and mic is optional but recommended for a more immersive experience. Dice are optional, as they will be provided digitally for convenience. Rules will be explained and learned as the game is played to ensure that everyone is on the same page. If a player does not have a mic, they will need to be able to communicate using the keyboard or other text-based methods.

Gameplay details

Burt!, want to keep the tone of the content light-hearted and respectful towards the narrative preferences of our players. Burt!, ask that all participants maintain civility, respect, and other basic social virtues throughout the game. Please note that certain actions will not be allowed, such as PvP, sexual violence, genocide, ect. Let's keep it within the boundaries of a PG-13 rating, with a slight leniency towards a Light R rating for violence and language.

How will character creation work

Once a minimum of 4 players join, there will be a level 0 session where we will discuss character creation, how to use the Foundry VTT, and allow everyone to get to know one another. Characters start at level 1 Players can pre-create characters if they wish, though the first hour of session 0 will focus on creation and backstories. Burt! will provide links to all the necessary books, rules, and content to ensure a smooth gaming experience.
