About the adventure

The undead-populated nation of Geb is the principal food exporter to many nations throughout the Inner Sea. Few foreigners hold the undead nation or its melancholic ghost king with anything other than distaste, but they've come to rely on Geb's cheap, zombie-raised food. That reliance puts these nations at a significant risk when the ghost king's scheming right-hand vampire looks to sacrifice thousands for his personal power. Geb, the infamous necromancer, founded the nation millennia ago. After his earth-scorching war with the archmage Nex ground to a halt, Geb found no passion for ruling and no meaning without his rivalry, so he ended his life, but arose as a ghost. No more interested in rulership as a ghost than he had as a living man, Geb mostly retreated from public view and entrusted control of the country to his 60 apprentices, the Blood Lords. The Blood Lords swiftly secured an iron grip on the nation. They leveraged Geb's rival economic factions to cement this control, playing the factions off each other and maneuvering Geb's people and assets like pawns in a great game. Fearing old age and refusing to share power, many Blood Lords transformed themselves into undead. Some of today's Blood Lords are the same scheming necromancers who originally served Geb while he lived. The undead nation of Geb gains most of its trade from the export of food grown on zombie-worked farms, but one farm has been the site of a series of strange occurrences. The Blood Lords Adventure Path, is a six-part, monthly campaign in which the characters rise from skilled troubleshooters to join the Blood Lords who rule the land of the dead. How to prepare

Players will need a mic and Discord, and at least the Demo version of Fantasy Grounds Unity, which can be found at www.fantasygrounds.com . GM can provide a tutorial on the use of Fantasy Grounds, if needed. The entire Pathfinder 2 rule set can be found here: https://2e.aonprd.com/PlayersGuide.aspx

What I provide

The DM has the full suite of Foundry VTT content, and thus you will only need the free demo version. The DM will also provide all of the necessary modules and plug-ins for Foundry VTT, including all the 3rd-party extensions used to create a more streamlined game with less downtime. All the source books for Pathfinder are made available through Foundry and the DM's licensed Paizo content. Syrinscape audio and sound effects are used in every campaign in order to provide full immersion and a realistic play experience. The DM also has a Discord community with over 80 players and DMs from other campaigns, providing a forum for chats, memes, character builds, strategy, roleplaying and more!

Gameplay details

Blood Lords is a level 1-20 campaign, in which the player characters are dispatched to look into strange occurrences at a farm tended by undead farmhands. The characters will eventually unravel a major plot in the undead-ruled land of Geb.

How will character creation work

Players will create characters during session 0 using Fantasy Grounds Virtual Tabletop. Player's may use Pathfinder supplemental material for character creation, including the Book of the Dead, in which the player character could even be undead!

Players can expect

• Find a game to join solo or search for a professional game master for you and your friends/coworkers/family.
