About the adventure

The Starship Phobos was thought lost to the void of space weeks ago. Yesterday, your ship picked up their distress beacon. All attempts to contact the crew have failed. It's up to you and your crew mates to embark on a rescue or salvage mission, and discover what happened to the Phobos. O² is a Race-the-Clock, Gritty-as-you-want Space Adventure By Dottie Vox. (that's me!) What happens to the decision making process at a gaming table if you put a timer on it? o2 is a game designed to answer that question, by creating scenarios where you play as an away mission crew with limited oxygen. It is a rules light, narrative game that encourages players to come up with creative solutions based on their character traits and ratchet up the tension as the game goes on.

How to prepare

Come up with a couple of character ideas that would be at home in an industrialized sci fi setting like Aliens, The Expanse, or Battlestar Galactica. (If you need an E-reader friendly version of the rules, just let me know, I'm happy to send it to you.)

Gameplay at my tables is immersive and roleplay driven. I pride myself on creating a fun, welcoming environment for all players no matter their experience level. I love running games for new players, and I'm always happy to help with rules questions. How will character creation work

Character creation will take place at the beginning of the game, as well as an explanation of the rules.

Players can expect

• Find a game to join solo or search for a professional game master for you and your friends/coworkers/family.
• Book your session and wait for the Game Master to approve you.
• If you don't have a blast with your first game, your next game is on us.
