Nimrione

About the adventure

Darkness has fallen on the land of Nimrione. The year is 665 PC (post Cataclysm). The continents have split. The Silvan peoples have departed for the North lands giving up their ancestral homes and many of the fey folk are no more or are at least in hiding. The age of man has arrived. The old Gods are mysteriously distant and the faithful have not heard their voices in several hundred years. There are also whispers of war and of dark malevolent presences from the beyond that have begun to influence and encroach upon the realms of Nimrione and the realms of Sirestir. The great tower of Dorestir is no more. The Dwarves have abandoned their gilded halls beneath the mountains and have taken to the seas of Helo and Perve as privateers and merchants forming almost a cultural bridge between the continents of Nimrione and Sirestir. Wherever they go Man builds. massive cities. Massive fleets. Massive weapons of war. They explore and they conquer and strip the land of it's magic and resources. The other diverse peoples of Nimrione and Sirestir have founded havens for themselves and are distrustful of outsiders. That is not to say that there is no hope. Like sparks in a dying fire there are heroes that have risen to the challenge to confront the evils of this world. Some have been broken while others continue on defying evil and injustice in their own ways.

Additional Details

How to prepare

Players will need a webcam and headphones with a mic. An understanding of the rules is appreciated but not required. They will need to create characters with me before hand. They will need to Install Discord, Have access to D&D Beyond, and be able to install the chrome extension Beyond 20.

How will character creation work

I will sit down and we will talk through character creation. There will be a session 0 where we will talk through expectations.

Players can expect

• Find a game to join solo or search for a professional game master for you and your friends/coworkers/family.
• Book your session and wait for the Game Master to approve you.
• If you don't have a blast with your first game, your next game is on us.
