All too often, players are subject to the whims of the Game Master as a pawn. Many GMs I had in the past were very eager to conduct a game, but they cared little for player’s characters, their backstories and what drives ther player character. Steve is a one-of-a-kind GM who will give back what you give him; he provides personal touches and can even pull-off a long-con if he thinks you will enjoy it. There have been a few occasions where Steve pulled the rug out from under me, and it’s always a pleasant surprise. I wish there were more GMs who cared about story, conduct, and presentation. If you are looking for consistency, well-rounded NPCs, interesting stories, you’ll like Steve. If you’re more into minmaxing and powergaming, that’s fine, Steve has “ways” on keeping things challenging. He’s also a very patient dude, he’ll help you if you’re new or unclear on things.
