William is a fantastic storyteller that allows for players to have deep role play potential and encourages creativity at the table. He has done a great job with our group by creating a compelling world and characters, using our backstories in meaningful ways, and runs a great game at the table. He does a great job at leaving hints for the players to figure out the bigger picture and has meaningful payoffs to the story threads that he makes. His creativity and descriptives really help you feel like a part of the world. Absolutely the best DM I’ve played with and I highly recommend him!

I met William during the loneliest time of my college life, and every Monday since I have joined my friends to embark on adventures in lands that he has lovingly designed and crafted for us. He is a very respectful and kind DM to a fault, and his games have a great range from fear, wonder, hatred, and calm. When I started playing his game, I had only played two sessions and was still extremely new. He'll take it slow and help you if you need it, but he won't hold your hand, and I think that really helps new players eager to learn. He is invested in you and your character, and he will help you take them where you want (even if it is to their demise). He's also very accommodating to limitations and triggers. A big thing about Will is that he cares a lot about the quality of his work, and is always asking for critiques, so you always know he is listening and trying to improve for both of you. Overall, his was my first official game, and I couldn't have asked for a better DM. Love ya Will <3

I've been playing at Will's table every Monday for about a year now - levels 10 to 20 - and I don't miss a single session because he is far and away one of the most dedicated storytellers I know. I've never once felt like his combats were imbalanced, his rp was lacking, or his obstacles weren't an absolute ball to overcome. All of this would be pretty good on its own, but for me, what puts Will above and beyond the bar for a great GM is the cinematic quality of his stories. This man can write! When he hasn't written a thing, but produces scenes and set pieces that bring a tear to my eye or make me jump out of my seat with excitement, I can't believe it! Will actively seeks feedback, always striving to be better, so if you and I like a different kind of game, I know he'll hear you out. Side bar, he's told me only a little about his Rimelands setting, and it is so cool. I hold onto characters for months just to see them come to life in his world!

I have played a few one shots and started a campaign with William, and he is a great GM. When running combat he is fluent with the rules of the game letting combat run smoothly, and provides engaging flavor as well as giving time for and encouraging player flavor/creativity. He puts a lot of effort in his worlds and it shows as they are always fun and engaging to play in and learn about. Also while giving direction to the story and setting the boundaries of the world, he gives lots of room for the players to have great roleplay moments.
