About me

I was first introduced to D&D when I was young, playing AD&D 2nd edition. I very much enjoyed the game, and I quickly developed the desire to giving DMing a try; something that I enjoyed a lot and still do. I love being able to see my players come together in a world I've created and see them create their own narrative. Whether those narratives come because of prompts I give, guiding points placed before the playersor choices of their own making.

GM Style

I like to try and keep a healthy balance of both roleplay and combat. Of course, there will be moments when roleplay is more in focus and there will also be times where combat is more in focus. I look to provide prompts and hints for my players to pick up on but will not press the point if there is no clear interest. While the rules of the game keep the wheels rolling, I am also not a stickler for the rules. If I feel the situation could be made more interesting by bending or disregarding a rule entirely, then I will. I'm also very fond of changing rules to better suit the kind of game that I enjoy running, especially if it means more enjoyment for the players and more epic moments for the players. To that end, I also enjoy spicing the game up with homebrew rules, items, spells and creatures. Just keep in mind that I still do follow the standard rules listed out by the game to a large degree. I'm just very flexible with them as I want everyone to have fun. Finally, I run my campaigns with a clear beginning, middle and end. However, I have no issues with my players choosing to take a different path or wander off the beaten path. They just need to accept and realise that the world around them will continue forward without them. This could lead to some interesting situations when the party finally comes upon that enclave they were supposed to clear out one year ago only to find it very much reinforced now.

For starters, the music he chose is always on point, our game had the best combat music and even idle music during our sessions. He also has terrific storytelling and wonderful descriptions that made you feel like you were there-in the moment with your character. He's very open, understanding and helpful with different aspects of the game, so he's also very beginner friendly! I would totally recommend him.

Tyrone is a great DM who has run games both in Home-brew worlds and preset modules that I have been apart of. He has always been willing to help with issues you might have with mechanics or lore you might misunderstand and is willing to look at and include home-brew mechanics or classes you might be interested in. I cannot recommend him enough as he has run some of the most fun games I've been apart of the past few years.
