Greetings, fellow adventurers! My name is Titanic Tim, and I am a dungeon master extraordinaire. I have been playing Dungeons and Dragons for over a decade now, and have been crafting my own campaigns for about 8 years. With a love for storytelling, worldbuilding, and a passion for roleplaying, I've developed an arsenal of skills that have made me a force to be reckoned with at the table. I love to put character development and combat at the forefront of the game! This DM believes that a game isn't just about rolling dice and slaying monsters, but about crafting rich and meaningful stories that allow players to fully immerse themselves in their characters. When it comes to character development, I am all about creating opportunities for players to explore their backstories and motivations. I will often ask players to provide detailed character backgrounds, and use that information to weave intricate plotlines that challenge the characters' beliefs and force them to grow and evolve. Whether it's through challenging moral dilemmas, unexpected betrayals, or surprising revelations, I am always looking for ways to push their players' characters to the limit. But don't let the focus on character development fool you - I am also a master of combat. They have a knack for creating challenging encounters that test the players' tactical abilities, and love to throw unexpected twists and turns into the mix. From epic boss battles to unexpected ambushes, combat, my games are always intense and exciting. With a focus on character development, players can be sure that the combat encounters will have meaningful consequences that will impact their characters' growth and development.

He is great for new and veteran players alike. He has always been fair and allowed for the opportunity for creativity from us as long as it makes sense. His story telling has great hooks and he does a good job of spreading the spotlight and not letting people hog it too much.

I have more than 30 sessions of content in terms of this review - he does an excellent job of providing a safe, inclusive gaming space. He includes a combination of voices, sound effects, background music, in addition to rich descriptions of both settings and NPCs. One of my favorite aspects of the GM style is the ability to flow from one character arc to another, shifting the spotlight as appropriate between characters and still finding a way to progress main plot points. Plenty of opportunity for flexible combat and roleplay.

He creates a fun world for the players to experience and explore, uses player backgrounds and uses them into plotlines or just during relevant moments for the players to actually go through which makes the players feel like a real part of the world and story. He also creates interesting npcs that are fun to interact with and feel alive in the world.

If you are looking for a DM that makes you feel like YOU are the main character, this is your guy. Ive never had a DM weave my character, background or goals into a storyline the way Tim does. From epic boss battles, to heart-wrenching choices, to chaotic fuckery- Tim always makes sure you're invested. Of all my awesome DnD stories over the last 10 years, I can honestly say the best times have always been at his table. As a side note, as a queer person, I think its important for me to say that anyone and everyone has a place at Tim's table. He will respect your identity, your existence and support you. I've personally played with a number of poly and trans people at his table. He does not tolerate any bullying from other players at or away from the table.
