About Satendra
Greetings, valiant heroes! I am Satendra Marquis, and I've been playing TTRPGs since the 1980s. Hard to believe it has been that long! When a group of friends gathered together in the rear of the house of the school theatre, who would have believed that it would become my career! For many years, I've been helping friends and strangers alike create mythic legends across strange worlds as they encounter surprising, and sometimes terrifying creatures, learn ancient secrets and recover grand treasures. I especially enjoy GMing new players, helping introduce them to the hobby. I pride myself on tailoring the stories to the players and giving their PCs agency to change the world. I welcome all players. I endeavor to provide a fun and respectful environment where all players can create inspired tales of heroic deeds and explore worlds. How Satendra runs games
I love telling collaborative stories. I tend to play somewhat loose with the rules, if it makes the story better. I also endeavor to be fair and honest. I want the games to be authentic and try to think and act according to what the NPCs would do. I do my best to customize each session to the players’ liking. Some people prefer lots of intense combat. Others dazzle on role-playing and character development. Some thrive with puzzles and exploration. Everything is possible! I’ve played with so many different people over the years, I can work with just about anyone to make a sensational story!
