About me

Hey everyone! My names Blair, my handle though is Sands and thats what everyone calls me! I've been an avid gamer for 24 years now. I started at 15 in High School. Mostly as an escape and to have a safe space to be myself. It then blossomed into a love of storytelling and character development. I am Queer and Non Binary. And I want to give safe spaces out to any who need them and generally support myself doing something I love and sharing that with anyone who wants/needs it! I am also founder and lead writer for Sanguine Horizons, a small gaming company. We just started streaming our games. And I offer discounted game prices for those who subscribe to Sanguine Horizons Patreon page that helps that business! My goal and dream is to publish my own Homebrew World of El'thea into its own Campaign Setting/Splat book either for a game system we come up with or for one of the many amazing systems we play! I am also very happy to provide details on my two negative reviews and the reason those players were removed/quit.

GM Style

I am a story focused GM. I enjoy a good combat like everyone. But in my games, I have always felt that story and immersion is fun. I love doing accents and building full worlds for my players to enjoy. I also enjoy remaking maps and getting cool effects to work in my games. I have become very fond of collaborative roleplay and will often pass narrative control now to my players, I find it creates a stronger connection to the game and narrative! :D
