About Ruleofool
Hey hi! My name is Felix, occasionally go by Bat! I'm a 27yo artist with a love of storytelling and worldbuilding! I've been running games for about 4 years now, and playing for almost 10! The games I run are primarily homebrew, and even when I get my hands on modules, much of the content is modified for the sake of keeping the adventure fresh for returning eyes, shifting some of WotC not so great moments, and sometimes just for the fun of homebrew! I want to put before you a world to explore, lore to discover, and an adventure to follow! I am a big fan of personal arcs, and I love to have players add onto the world with their gods, locations, and people within reason. It doesn't stop at session Zero - I'll work with my players throughout the span of the game! While I follow the structure of DnD, I do not adhere to being a rules-lawyer. Within reason, the rules can be bent in favor of something cool or fun! The dice will fall where they may, but as the DM I support you, and I support shenanigans! My Tables are meant to be safe for my players. I myself am LGBT+ and my tables will always welcome LGBT+ players, but alongside this there will be no tolerance of racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia. There will be no room for any of it here.

How Ruleofool runs games
Heavy focus on Roleplay and Exploration. I enjoy the relationships characters and players build with eachother, and how you interact with the world! Even in combat, I encourage some rp for planning and engaging combat! That being said, the dungeons are few and far in between, but I try to make them interesting and worth your time, with plenty to discover in their depths! I'm not the easiest on my players, but for all the deadly moments theres just as much fun and goofs in the world to get involved in. I support a healthy balance of fun and fear!
