I've been a role-player and GM for over 40 years, starting with the original D&D way back in the day. I currently run two D&D 5.0 VTT games, and I am part of the Mage the Awakening liveplay on Occultists Anonymous. I also run a D&D 3.0 Play by Post game, and Star Wars D6 Play by Post game. I'm familiar with a wide range of systems, and am always willing to learn new ones. Current experience: Star Trek Adventures (Modiphius), Mage the Awakening and Geist (Onyx Path Publishing), Numenara (Monty Cook Games), Star Wars D6 (West End Games), D&D 5E and D&D 3.0 (Wizards of the Coast). I have extensive experience as a storyteller / game runner in everything from sci-fi to high fantasy to sword and sorcery to Shadowrunner. My default style is to run a campaign where I build a living world around your characters. Your story will be a slice of what is happening in the wider world, and I prefer to emphasize cool over rules. I'm looking to craft a custom story together, and I don't want the rules to get in the way of that. I prefer open-world games where you guide the main story, but I can always provide a more guided experience if you prefer. I am very familiar with both ends of that spectrum.
