GM Style
I take a collaborative and adaptive narrative approach to DMing online tabletop games. Choices matter, campaigns are planned but adaptable, and the ending is determined by decisions made along the way. Various online resources are used to add to gameplay and immersion, and NPCs may offer guidance, advice, and assistance, but no two games are ever the same, and the story is yours to tell with me as your guide. π [LORE LUNITIC] As a storyteller and player, lean towards canonicity to the best of my ability. Headcanon and outside sources are used to fill in the blanks, and inspiration from outside sources can often be explained by canon means. Sources are cited when at all possible, as well as providing access in one form or another to cited material. In the end, though, the story matters most. π [IMPROVISOR] To me, Tabletop offers a customizable and immersive experience in your chosen genre and setting. When organizing a Chronicle, I come to the table with a theme and concept, and secretly have a few possible endings in mind. My adventures tend to lean towards mystery, action, and horror. One's choices, words, and conversations have just as much lasting effect as "winning" or "losing" combat, if not more so. Some mysteries have a single end goal, but multiple ways to get there. Storytelling methods include multi-ending stories, light voice acting, descriptive horror, comedic relief, historical research, guest stars, thematic music, atmospheric ambiance, etc. π₯ [COMMUNITY MANAGER] Having managed Discord communities and social media since 2016, I know Discord, Youtube, Twitter, Fandom, and other social platforms like the back of my hand. I use a professional grade Discord server for all my Startplaying games where players may customize their preferred level of involvement, feel a sense of community, and do so in complete safety. As a Community Manager, I have learned to be clear with rules, maintain a friendly atmosphere, avoid political topics, maintain a clear understanding of Terms of Service, and remove players as needed for the safety of others in the case of harassment, instigation, and discrimination. π² [GRAPHIC DESIGNER] Coming from a background in Web Design, HTML, 2D Graphics, and Video production, I grew up creating movie posters and websites for fun. Now in the Storyteller business, I apply what I've learned to a masterful use of Virtual Tabletop. Audio includes ambiance, soundtracks, and sound effects. Graphic design lends to scenes and battle maps, as well as custom tokens, chronicle title pages, logos, and icons. Video experience has assisted in professional grade camera control, mic configuration, lighting, recording, and streaming. π©βπ¨ [SUPPORTER] Small artists have it rough enough already without their art being stolen and distributed. As a content creator, I only use content that has either been provided, custom made, or bought. All scenes, battle maps, and even music tracks include the creator's name cited with it. If anything doesn't have the name listed on it - such as token artwork - simply ask.

Red is a masterful Storyteller! He's been able to tie my character (new player to an existing starting a new chronicle) into the story brilliantly all the while building up the tension of the other storylines and my character's inevitable First Change. His music choices and visual scene-setting in Foundry are excellent as well!
This is the third campaign I have participated in with Redmane as ST. Sessions with him always feel comfortable in the sense that you can be confident you have a voice and will be heard if something crosses a line, or makes you uncomfortable. He regularly checks in with players to make sure we're all doing fine after intense scenes, and has always minded our listed lines and veils. As multiple members of our current VtM campaign are either new players or newly returned (I myself have not played VtM in 3 years so I'm rusty), he's been answering a lot of questions from the party during the first leg of our campaign. I'm thankful he often both answers our questions himself and references the location in the book for us. With my ADHD I certainly appreciate the opportunity to be shown where the info is located in case I need to reference it again later. If you're looking to find a ST who fosters a sense of adventure & mystery in your journey, while also providing the opportunity for laughter and camaraderie OOC- Redmane is your man.
I have roleplayed with Redmane for... years, starting in World of Warcraft and now moving here. Even if the rolls are a little over the top (role-playing in my opinion is better than rollplaying), it is not worth docking a star for. The story moves along at a good clip and most, if not all the players I am in game with are dedicated to the story. There is very little side-bars or OoC interruptions, and rules can be a bit dicey but we all can be hazy on the details.
Great GM, is more focused on story, creativity and enjoyability then the actual rules. Very flexible and friendly with first time players, as well as with vets within the World of Darkness system. Would highly recommend if new to WoD or want a fun and entertaining story to play and make friends with.
